Merrion’s role
A derelict mill site in a pretty commuter village requiring complete remediation and consent for new homes. Merrion led the stakeholder and political engagement for the proposals, working with the local and regional media to provide wider background to the development. Consent was secured on first pass and the site has been sold to a regional house-builder.
