Merrion’s role
The scheme proposed an £800m mixed-use development incorporating advanced healthcare facilities, new homes, a 9-hole golf course with hotel and 120 high quality golf lodges on a 400-acre site on the northern edge of Swansea. Merrion provided a full political and stakeholder engagement service to the client, which has since withdrawn its proposals.
