Before a successful sale, Dougal built his consultancy practice to become one of the largest in the north and during his time at the helm he had stints managing all three of the firm’s offices: Liverpool, Manchester and London. As a consequence, he built a strong network in the commercial property sector that spans the UK.
Dougal has an excellent grasp of the public affairs and policy issues governing development and long-standing relationships with the business media that serve the regeneration sector. Dougal’s network is extensive and constantly refreshed and is at the disposal of all clients.
Dougal is a keen fly fisherman and an Everton season ticket holder with his children, who he frequently drags up large mountains when there’s no footy to watch. Remarkably, they’re coming around to the idea. He is a Proprietor of The Athenaeum and lives with his family in south Liverpool.
