Merrion’s role
A complex project seeking to provide a residential-led mixed use extension to Ramsey town centre, incorporating the preservation of riverside natural habitat and the construction of a new link road. Merrion managed the public consultation which demonstrated majority support for the scheme and led the political engagement for the proposals.
